This program will teach you the habit of meal prepping, eating clean and feeling awesome with three weeks of delicious, Spring-inspired meals all planned out for you. And it's a great way to eat better, lighten up, move towards your health goals and learn about nutrition.

All you need to do now is commit to this 3-week challenge. I'll send you your meal plans, grocery list and prep guide so what do you have to lose?

What to expect:

  • Each week you will receive an e-mail with your recipes, schedule of meals, shopping list and a step by step guide of how to do your prep.

  • We can also look at swaps and suggestions to make the recipes vegan, gluten-free, nut-free and low-carb if that’s what you require.

  • More importantly - you'll see an increase in energy and overall feeling better.

What you'll need to do:

  • Prep. The max time needed to do the actual prep is 2.5 hours so if it works, set aside an afternoon on the weekend and get your kitchen groove on! Throw on some tunes and prep away.

  • Purge. Now is a great time to go through your pantry and get rid of any trigger foods that you know aren't healthy but you will nosh on them any chance you get. Because your food will be prepped and in the fridge, you will have more than enough great ​options available to you when those hunger pains kick in.


What you don't need to do:

  • Worry. I've done all the leg work for you - just follow the instructions and you're set. 

  • Be perfect. You don't have to be completely strict to the plan. The purpose of this is to teach you how to cook healthier meals and how to schedule your meals. It's not about making you a slave to the process. I've even left your weekends free so you can plan your own new healthy meals and snacks.
