Welcome and let me introduce myself. I am an avid fitness junkie and animal lover. If i'm not in the gym, the kitchen or outside you can probably find me doing Crossfit. My food philosophy is to eat clean whole foods that . fuel my passions
I began my journey quite a few years ago by trying different things to make myself better, both physically and mentally because I knew the two always went hand in hand. Along this path, I've gained knowledge in what works for me and what doesn't and I try to incorporate those good things into my everyday life.
One of the great things about this adventure is being able to pay it forward and help others learn how to be the best they can be. And so, here I am today hoping to help others work toward being the best "you" possible.
