When was the last time you worked on your mental game?
I'm pretty sure many of us think that if we don't have signs of a mental illness or issue than we're doing ok. Fact is most of us are wrong.
When was the last time you were under a great amount of stress? How did you handle that stage in your life? Were you able to keep calm and see the light at the end of the tunnel or did you burrow away just create more stress? This is the time when we our mental fortitude is tested the most and it's when we can learn a lot about our selves and how mentally healthy we actually are.
