How to Own Your Day

So it’s #wellnesswednesday and today I want to share a post from my fitness coach Kyle Torrance on how to Own Your Day.

He’s written a great article on 2 things to do daily that will help you own your day. I’m really not sure I want to embark on the 2 min cold shower just quite yet but there’s some great advice on how to prep your mind and your body for the day that lies ahead of you.
