Oh my aching back!

How many times do you say that over the course of a week?

Most of us are guilty of it and we do it all the time. We sit for long periods of time with no thought to get up and stretch and move about.


All of this sitting is very harmful to our bodies and muscles because they contract and become ineffective often resulting in pain.


Why not set an alarm to remind you to get up every hour and take a walk around the office, climb a few sets of stairs or better yet - with the warm weather upon us, go outside for a quick 10 min walk. You don't have to run a marathon, just do something that gets your body moving and gives your brain a break.
